This page is a placeholder while Loro—Recruit is being built. The only thing it collects is an email address, and only if you hand one over for the waitlist — so there is very little to say, and this notice says all of it.
If you join the waitlist, we keep the email address you enter and nothing else — no name, no company, no IP address alongside it. The address reaches us as an email sent through Resend, Inc., our email delivery provider, and is then held in our own mailbox. It is not added to any advertising or profiling list.
We use it for exactly one thing: a single email telling you that Loro—Recruit has launched. No newsletter, no drip campaign, no sharing or selling it to anyone. The basis for this is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by submitting the form.
Your address is deleted once that launch email has been sent, or sooner if you ask. To withdraw your consent at any time before then, email privacy@loro.one and it will be removed.
Everything else. There is no sign-in, no payment, and no other field to fill in anywhere on this site.
None. No cookies are set, no local storage is written, and there are no analytics, tracking pixels or advertising scripts.
The page also makes no third-party requests. Fonts are served from our own server rather than a font CDN, so simply opening this page does not reveal your visit to anyone else.
Like any website, the server that delivers this page records standard access data — IP address, time of request, the page requested, and browser and operating system version. This is needed to deliver the page and to defend against attacks, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
These logs are kept by [hosting provider and region] and deleted after 30 days. They are not combined with any other data and are not used to build a profile of you.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You may also complain to your local data protection supervisory authority.
In practice there are only two things to find: the server log, and — if you joined the waitlist — your email address. Either can be confirmed or erased on request.
Loro—Recruit will handle application data on behalf of the companies that hire through it. That processing is governed by a separate, fuller privacy notice shown to candidates at the point they apply — it does not apply to this page, and this notice does not describe it.
